My style.

We are all consistently responding to stimuli in our environment. Often, this can lead to a big wind up and no where for that energy to go. In my yoga and meditation offerings, I will invite you to allow your body, mind and heart to down-regulate. In short, we will practice being able to relax. This can be a really uncomfortable practice because we are not tuned in to the relaxation response. It can also help you go safely into a more spacious and present life.
You won’t find acrobatics, but you will find a sense of self. You might work up an inner fire, notice you feel more open or spacious, and hopefully walk away with a grounded understanding of where you are and what you hope to do.
